For most of us, the face is the first thing we look at, and whilst a lot of the gay action may take place on other areas of his body, it is usually his face which we judge first of all. Oh, and by the way, a smile is a clear winner when it comes to sex factor!
2 - COCK

3 - AGE

11 - BALLS
Truth be known, this was supposed to be top 10, but how could we leave out balls? A pair of juicy plums, smooth or hairy, nicely plump and full of promise - yes please!
12- TATTOOS
Gay men find tattoos very hot - in fact around 70% of us get turned on by a tattoo on a guy [5], and with tattoos being more popular than ever in the gay world you won’t have any trouble finding them.
